For private and special-education schools
You have no bench. We are the bench.
One empty classroom is a parent-retention problem. We give independent, parochial and special-education schools a ready bench of cleared substitutes and aides.
A public district can lean on a central office. A private school usually cannot. When a teacher or aide is out, the head of school covers the room or the class is doubled up, and parents notice.
In special-education programs an absent aide can mean a student's support goes unstaffed for the day. A bench you can call on the same morning matters most there.
How it works
A short conversation, then an account
Getting started is a conversation with your head of school or business manager, an agreement and an account.
Your calendar is your own
Day schools often keep different holidays from the public schools. On the days your school is open and local public schools are closed, more substitutes tend to be available to you.
Teachers and aides, same platform
Post a classroom teacher, an aide or a specialist absence, and cleared substitutes are matched to the role.
You see who is coming
Confirmation, arrival and a short end-of-day note, so the head of school is not the last to know.
What we provide
Screened before placement
Every substitute goes through criminal history and sex offender registry checks, education verification and reference checks, plus fingerprint-based clearance where your state requires it.
Employed by us, not by your school
EverTeach Solutions is the employer of record. Substitutes are W-2 employees of EverTeach Solutions, and we handle payroll, tax withholding, workers' compensation and employment-related compliance.
One place for the paperwork
Requests, confirmations, check-ins and invoices run through one platform, so your office is not chasing emails and spreadsheets.
