Walkthrough

1

2
Learn the four statuses

Pending is recorded but not yet released. Processing is on its way. Completed has been paid. Failed needs your attention — usually a payment detail that needs correcting.

3
Know what triggers payment

A day becomes payable once it is worked and closed out — your check-in and check-out are the record. A day that was never checked out sits unpaid until someone chases it.

4
Keep your payment details current
Sidebar → Profile

A stale payment detail is a common cause of a failed payment.

5
If something looks wrong, raise it with specifics
Sidebar → Support

Date, school, and what you expected versus what you see. That is usually enough to resolve it without a second exchange.

Worth knowing
  • Check your payments screen weekly rather than monthly. Discrepancies are easier to resolve while fresh.
What goes wrong
  • Assuming a missing payment is an error. Check first whether the day was closed out and whether it is still inside the normal processing window.
